We store the text extracted from your connected sources — never the original files — together with the vector embeddings used to search it. Both live on our own self-hosted database and vector store, not a third-party data warehouse. That text is sent to OpenAI’s API only to generate embeddings and answers, never to train models. Deleting your workspace permanently erases both.
